Cortland M. Classificaçãeste do local: 2 Saint Louis, MO Our memberships were transferred here from Fitness 19 when they recently closed. They had reps at F19 the final week explaining they would be taking over our memberships and keeping our current rate plans, also explaining the amenities and location of their club. We were really wanting to enjoy it here, and the staff was super friendly when we came in. I’m not a gym snob at all, but I did manage the operations for a 24 Hour fitness about a decade ago, and we had newer equipment than this place. Their cardio equipment is a hodgepodge of stuff that looks about 20 years old. I saw someone step on a machine and a piece of plastic broke off. There are loose wires coming out of the ground not connected to anything and they have duct tape holding other wires to the carpet.
The AC didn’t work very well during hot summer days. On the weight room side, they have a lot of options, but everything is packed in, so there’s not a lot of space to actually work out.
A lot of concerns from a safety standpoint come to mind here. It was really warm the day we worked out, and I heard someone else ask their staff if the AC was working, she replied yes, it’s on full blast, but it definitely didn’t feel like it – more like the heat was on. The free weights and machine side is what it is, pelo frills, kind of old school, pelo real problem there. Classes are included, which they seem to have a lot of and they also have a smoothie bar. I was really blown away though by the fact that they stated to us that we were getting a great deal from our old membership with F19, because normally their memberships are roughly $ 30.00 a month. We were paying $ 10.00 at F19. Great location, not-great parking and in bad need of a cardio re-fresh. We’ll look elsewhere.
I feel encouraged and not threatened by the coaches and thanks to the heart rate monitoring, I'm able to go Mais Info at my own pace and do what works for me.
So here are the details. Membership is $ 10 a month but there is a «hidden fee» so your membership is more than $ 10 when annualized. There is also tax but I can’t find any laws in MO for taxing membership Clique Aqui so I suspect this is just profit from the company.

OTF has really kept me on track as part of my daily routine. It’s one of the best decisions I have made for myself.
T. M. Classificação do local: 4 Saint Louis, MO Soooo much to say about this gym, which I was the duke of for about a week before skipping a single workout and then accidentally never going back.
Uma dica importante de modo a quem vai fazer compras em Orlando é sempre levar uma Leia Mais mala do rodinhas ou uma mochila Bastante quando for aos shoppings e outlets, de modo a carregar as sacolas de maneira Muito mais prática.
This gym had all the elements I was looking for, so of course I expected to like it there. Unfortunately, there were some serious negatives. The Aqui equipment is all pretty old, much of it is in disrepair and much is imply outdated.
